Who am I?

Hi! My name is Claire and I am the original creator and maker of all of the products that you see at Enchant and Soap.

Enchant and Soap has always been more than just a business. What started as a way to create gentle, skin loving products for my family - quickly developed into a driving passion of formulating gorgeous and beautifully scented body treats for the wider community.

Every product that we create is made with the upmost of care, inspired by a love of beautiful scents, skin nourishment and those little moments that make life special.

Whether our whipped soaps transport you into a dreamy rainforest or a perfumed scent whispers its enticing spell luring everyone to take a deep intake of breath, wondering, "what is this beauty before me"- my ultimate goal is to bring you joy, comfort in who you are and the skin you are in, plus an added touch of magic.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

All our products have been created with more sensitive skin in mind. Although, they have passed our tests with our chosen testers - we would still recommend you always perform a patch test in an inconspicuous area to ensure it is ok for YOUR individual skin.

Do you have a guarantee period?

Yes! We have a 30 day guarantee period on all our products. Simply contact us with your returns request and we will provide a returns label for you to return the product(s). Please note all returns must reach us in their unopened format due to hygiene reasons.

Subscription Box

Our Subscription Boxes are released towards the end of the month and all boxes need to be paid for before the 20th of the month they are released by. Payments will be taken at the time the subscription is placed and then on the 1st of the month.

All subscription boxes can be cancelled or paused after the first 3 months and you will always recieve top value and quality for the price you pay.

We offer shipping via Royal Mail tracked services and Evri to assure you a timely service. Our despatch turn around time is currently 3 working days but aim for sooner.
