Mystery Boxes can contain anything across our range and do not guarantee you will get a set item, eg. A whipped soap or body butter. For specific items, please order seperately.
Please note that we do not accept returns on mystery items that you are unhappy with or cater to requests based on scent preferences. A mystery box is catered to being a surprise, prepacked as a bundle, and sadly not all surprises will be to your specific tastes. If you want something specific, please place a separate order.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
All our products have been created with more sensitive skin in mind. Although, they have passed our tests with our chosen testers - we would still recommend you always perform a patch test in an inconspicuous area to ensure it is ok for YOUR individual skin.
Do you have a guarantee period?
Yes! We have a 30 day guarantee period on all our products. Simply contact us with your returns request and we will provide a returns label for you to return the product(s). Please note all returns must reach us in their unopened format due to hygiene reasons.
How much product should I expect in Whipped Soap?
Our whipped soaps contain a minimum of 100 grams of soap in the container - usually more so than this. If the product does not look as full, this will sadly be due to the air escaping from the whipped product - but this will have no effect on its usage.
