Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
All our products have been created with more sensitive skin in mind. Although, they have passed our tests with our chosen testers - we would still recommend you always perform a patch test in an inconspicuous area to ensure it is ok for YOUR individual skin.
Do you have a guarantee period?
Yes! We have a 30 day guarantee period on all our products. Simply contact us with your returns request and we will provide a returns label for you to return the product(s). Please note all returns must reach us in their unopened format due to hygiene reasons.
How much product should I expect in Whipped Soap?
Our whipped soaps contain a minimum of 100 grams of soap in the container - usually more so than this. If the product does not look as full, this will sadly be due to the air escaping from the whipped product - but this will have no effect on its usage.

Can you Ship Pre-orders and normal orders at the same time?
Absolutely! If you are happy to wait for your normal orders to arrive with your pre-order - Please email support@enchantandsoap.co.uk for a special postage code to use against the order. Do let us know what you are after ordering as all pre-order boxes have added postage costs.
